For almost 40 years, we have been known for developing customised medication refrigerators, climatic cabinets and blood bank freezers on the pulse of research. Our success is not only thanks to the development of state-of-the-art laboratory technology but also to our sense of responsibility: at tritec® Gesellschaft für Labortechnik und Umweltsimulation mbH we are aware of the meaning of quality assurance, health protection. and accident prevention as well as environmental protection. We see these factors as integral components of our management. Thus, we take care to define effective quality standards at all times and to implement them, because we consider these to be the key to successful company management. The quality policy in the construction of laboratory refrigerators and freezers, as well as incubators and more, requires constant improvement in quality management activities and we therefore run our business activities according to numerous principles, which we explain in more detail below.

We are committed to complying with all respective current laws and regulations in the development of climate cabinets and other products, to pursue a policy of continuous improvement and to make best use of our management resources in quality management. We disclose our quality management objectives as well as performance measured by these objectives both within the company and to customers and all interested parties. Besides, we ensure that our activities are safe for employees, partner companies, suppliers and subcontractors or other persons with whom we come into contact in the course of providing our services. Close cooperation with our customers and suppliers with the aim of achieving highest quality standards for our medicine refrigerators, climate control cabinets and all other products from our portfolio is a matter of course for us. We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate for highest quality requirements.

We provide customers with climatic products and cooling products that can be relied on to the highest degree. We offer state-of-the-art and functional products such as an ice cube maker or incubator. Our employees are thoroughly trained in the requirements and responsibilities of quality management – this is particularly important in sensitive areas such as surgeries and clinics when using laboratory equipment for sensitive samples. It is the goal of tritec® to meet and exceed the expectations of customers, employees and investors by involving and motivating all employees. This is also reflected in our comprehensive services. Our customers receive qualification, repair and maintenance of our or third-party laboratory equipment. Thus, our focus is always on customer satisfaction.
