Cooling incubators with lighting by tritec® – the ideal equipment for your laboratory

Cooling incubators with lighting by tritec® are climate-constant incubators which are used in biology, zoology or bacteriology. They can be found, for example, in laboratories in the food and beverage industry. They are extremely relevant for microbiological work processes because they create the necessary constant conditions for particularly sensitive samples. Cooling incubators with lighting are indispensable for handling light-sensitive samples and thus differ from conventional incubators, which are designed to ensure constant temperatures. The high-intensity lighting is mounted outside the interior on the side walls, so that an optimal, uniform light distribution can be guaranteed. The light intensity can be regulated according to time or temperature.

 

Cooling incubator with lighting – technical details at a glance

The cooling incubators with lighting by tritec® are available in four sizes: 182, 400, 700 and 1,400 litres. The high-intensity light can be variably programmed. This is either temperature- or time-dependent. Due to the use of eight fluorescent tubes on each of the two side walls of the cabinet, full-surface illumination of the cabinet interior can be achieved. They are controlled by fully electronic ballasts and are also heat dissipating and self-venting.

The integrated microprocessor-controlled temperature regulator can be operated via a membrane keypad and the data can be read off via an LCD display. An acoustic alarm signal indicates temperature fluctuations, i.e. exceeding or falling below the set value. Depending on the model, the temperature accuracy is +/- 0.3 and +/- 2 degrees Celsius. The temperature working ranges that can be operated are also model-dependent and variable. The following temperature ranges can be operated without lighting: 5 to 50 degrees Celsius or -9.9 to 70 degrees Celsius. With lighting a temperature regulation within 10 to 40 degrees respectively 5 to 55 degrees Celsius is possible. The recirculation enables the circulation of permanently precisely tempered air and prevents unwanted temperature jams in the corners of the cabinet or between the products.

In regard to the solid material door installed you can choose between the following options: Right or left stop, viewing window or no viewing window, with or without door lock (including two keys), a socket in the interior for the wet room typ, a wall opening with cover and a set of castors. The device software, stainless steel shelves as well as the printer for protocol printouts are also available as accessories.
