Selfsupporing wall, ceiling and floor elements
In sandwich construction type, 60 mm thick thermal insulation made from polyurethane hard foam (closed cell) with a foam density of 40 kg/m3 and a thermal conductivity <0.020 W/m - K.

Thermal bridge free cell elements, sturdy and measurement accurate. Element connection via slot/spring system with PE foam band sealing between the elements inside and corrosion protected eccentric clamping locks. Wall and ceiling elements inside and outside made from steel sheeting, galvanised, polyester coated, colour white.

Version with floor elements
Upper side of floor elements made from stainless steel 0.8 mm, embossed, for wheel load up to a maximum of 1000 N/m2 (100 kp), admissible surface load 30.000N/m2 (3000 kp). The floor must only be driven on with rubber wheels. Underside of floor elements made from galvanised steel sheeting, polyester coated, colour white.

Door with clearance width 600 x 1830 mm. Door stop selectable DIN right or left, door in the wide side of the cell. Door opening to the outside, close fitting with magnetic sealing profile, 3-dimensional adjustable riser hinges, hairpin fastening with spring loaded trap with cylinder lock and emergency opener.

- Damp room oval lamp (60 Watt, protection type IP 44) with bulb in shockproof version and distributor socket.

- Operator panel with integrated light switch, thermometer for display of inside temperature and pressure compensation valve.

Compact, ready to plug in cooling aggregate  with integrated temperature controller. Actual temperature permanently visible (digital), setpoint temperature can be viewed/set (digital) using touchpad.

Sturdy housing. Colour white/light grey with protection grating for evaporator fan according to DIN 31001 for integration (hanging) in the cell wall.

The unit has been completely piped at the factory and wired according to VDE regulations, equipped with 5 m connection lead and earthing contact type plug and filled with environmentally friendly refrigerant.
