tritec^® Portion Neutralization Systems

These facilities has been devised for neutralizing untreated sewage and dumping it into the  wastewater system. All facilities works fully automatically. There are three different versions possible in standard:

Connectivity for an recorder to the registration of the pH is existing at the switchboard so that a complete documentation is available about the channel instigation.

2.  Aquaclean TC 105
The chemically dirtied sewage runs in the free inflow in the sewage stock vessel and is led by a magnet valve in the neutralization system. Level probes steer and supervise the filling stand ("min", "max.", "alarm") in the sewage stock vessel and in the neutralization vessel.
Neutralization capacity: 450 I/h

This construction consists of four assemblies, work-sided premounted. The kind of installation can be adjusted to a great extent to operational local situations.

3.  Aquaclean TC 2000
The chemically dirtied sewage runs in the free inflow in the sewage stock vessel and is pumped by a centrifugal pump in the neutralization system. Level probes steer and supervise the filling state (min, max., alarm) in the sewage stock vessel and in the neutralization vessel. Neutralization capacity: 1800 I/h

Compact construction form of the neutralization system with arranged switchboard and besides arranged dosing pumps. Extended base plate for the protection of the pipings located on the left and on the right side, mixing canal pumps and other components. Big neutralization vessel of  approx. 800 litres. Sewage stock vessel of approx. 2000 litres.
