tritec®‘s high-performance climatic rooms combine the most innovative technologies for cooling, temperature and humidity control as well as insulation, thus ensuring reliability, precision and safety with high energy efficiency. The size and equipment of our climatic rooms are individually adapted according to your specifications, so that you can meet the best requirements of your laboratory. We can produce products for you that can handle a temperature range from -85 to +80 degrees Celsius and a humidity range from 5 to 95 percent relative humidity.

tritec®-Climatic Rooms for your special application field. these precision cabinets have been developed to meet the needs of reliability, accurate and safe control over the entire temperature range and very little power consumption. To guarantee these signs the newest technologies were used for cooling, temperature and humidity regulator as well as isolation.

 

  • Temperature range from -40°C up to 80°C (to –85°C partially)
  • Humidity range from 5% rel. hum. up to 95% rel. hum.

 

 

Self-supporting wall, ceiling and floor elements
In sandwich construction type, 60 to 150 mm thick thermal insulation made from polyurethane
hard foam (closed cell) with a foam density of 40 kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity group 025 according to DIN 4108.

 

Thermal bridge free cell elements, sturdy and measurement accurate. Element connection via slot/spring system with PE foam band sealing between the elements inside and corrosion protected eccentric clamping locks. Wall and ceiling elements inside and outside made from steel sheeting, galvanised, with antimicrobial SmartProtec coating, colour: white.

Door width adjustable from 700 up to 1000 mm x 2000 mm, single leafed. (on request bigger sizes as a double-leafed door), Door hinge selectable DIN right or left, door in the wide side of the cell. Door opening to the outside, close fitting with magnetic sealing profile.

tritec® climatic rooms: innovation and quality

Add a tritec® climatic room to your laboratory inventory to ensure constant temperature and humidity conditions for your sensitive samples. Since our climatic rooms are available in different capacities, they are not only suitable as storage units, but also for active working. With tritec® you get intelligent solutions for your laboratory. We attach great importance to the processing of best quality, most innovative equipment and a user-friendly interface.

Usually, our climatic rooms serve a temperature range from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. However, it is possible to extend this to -85 degrees Celsius. The climatic room is constructed from self-supporting wall, ceiling, and floor elements. The sheet steel with an antibacterial coating of the walls and ceiling is galvanized in the Sendzimir process. This coating reliably kills microorganisms and thus counteracts the colonization of contaminating germs. The insulation is provided by the so-called sandwich construction. Depending on your requirements, 60 to 150 millimeters thick thermal insulation is possible. The foam density is 40 kilograms per cubic meter and is certified according to DIN 4108. Of course, each of our products has a GMP-compliant qualification according to DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ.

 

Climatic rooms from tritec®: we meet your requirements

We design the climatic room for your laboratory exactly according to your specifications. As standard versions, we offer sizes from 5 to 100 cubic meters – we are happy to realize further capacities on request. Horizontal and vertical air convection enables ideal uniformity of climatic conditions. Choose a proportional integral differential controller (PID controller) and rely on stable and precise temperature regulation. The door width is selectable as well as a wall feed-through of 30 to 200 millimeter in diameter. tritec® also offers you the option of a stainless steel housing and the extension with high-quality accessories.
